Conflict is inevitable in any team, organization, or work group. This workshop focuses on teaching you how to transform conflict into an opportunity for growth by identifying your approaches to conflict and conflict management. You will learn techniques for identifying causes of conflict, managing disagreements and tension, and cultivating a collaborative environment.
The workshop is part of the Leadership Microcredential in the EXPAND Professional Development Program. All students and postdocs are eligible to enroll in this and other microcredential programs. Note that enrollment is not required to attend.
