Building on the foundation from Leadership Fundamentals, this workshop will focus on how to actively develop and refine one’s leadership capabilities. You will explore strategies for emotional intelligence, critical thinking, and resilience. You will also work on setting personal development goals to continuously improve as leaders, as well as learn how to empower and inspire others to grow.

Conflict is inevitable in any team, organization, or work group. This workshop focuses on teaching you how to transform conflict into an opportunity for growth by identifying your approaches to conflict and conflict management. You will learn techniques for identifying causes of conflict, managing disagreements and tension, and cultivating a collaborative environment.

This workshop will focus on the fundamentals of presenting your work and speaking in front of an audience, helping you learn how to adapt your message, sharpen your delivery, and make an impact via your presentations. You will learn techniques for structuring a presentation, engaging an audience, and using visual aids effectively. Emphasis will also be placed on learning effective verbal and nonverbal communication skills and managing public speaking anxiety.
