EXPAND Leadership Microcredential Workshop
This workshop will provide a foundational understanding of leadership. You will explore key leadership traits and styles, focusing on how to develop a personal leadership philosophy. It will cover essential skills like communication, decision-making, and motivating others.
The workshop is part of the Leadership Microcredential in the EXPAND Professional Development Program. All students and postdocs are eligible to enroll in this and other microcredential programs. Note that enrollment is not required to attend.
