Giving Opportunities

Graduate College Scholarship Fund

Graduate College Scholarship Fund is to be used to provide scholarship support for outstanding Graduate College students enrolled in PhD or MS graduate programs.

Graduate College Development Fund

The Graduate College Development Fund is a discretionary fund to benefit students of the Graduate College. The fund is primarily utilized to assist with funding of the Graduate Research Education and Technology Sympoisum.

What is the Graduate College Development Fund?
Monies in this fund are used as directed by the Dean to support the academic mission of the Graduate College. This fund has been primarily used to support the Graduate Research Education and Technology (GREAT) Symposium and career advancement workshops and symposium.

Graduate Student Association Development Fund

The Graduate Student Association Development Fund is used to assist with funding of the Graduate Research Education and Technology (GREAT) Symposium.

O. Ray Kling Award for Outstanding Student Leadership

The O. Ray Kling Award for Outstanding Graduate Student Leadership is named in honor of Dr. O Ray Kling, Dean of the Graduate College from 1990-2002.  It is given annually to a doctoral student in the dissertation component of their program who best embodies Dr. Kling’s commitment to the hallmarks of graduate education at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.

President's Associates

President's Associates is a discretionary fund.  Fifty percent of the funds are used by the OU President and 50% can be directed to any of the Graduate College Foundation funds.

How would membership in the Presidents’ Associates Program benefit the University, Graduate College and me?
President’s Associates Program provides unrestricted funding that allows the OU President to deal with critical issues and pursue initiatives that enrich OU’s academic mission. Because donors can designate half of their gift to a favorite college or program, Associates funds can be directed to assist with the academic mission of the Graduate College.

The OU Alumni Association provides alumni from all over the world a method to stay involved with the Sooner family. Housed on the OU Norman campus, the Association provides a multitude of opportunities to give back to your Alma mater.

The OU Alumni Associate consists of more than 100 alumni clubs across the nation and around the world. Regardless of where our alumuni our found, the OU Alumni offers a broad range of programs to include scholarships, travel opportunities, and enrichment events to help Sooners stay connected.
