OUHSC GREAT Symposium Research Vendor Show

9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Loading/Unloading: Pull your vehicle into circle drive on Stonewall (east side of Bird Library).  A student will be available to assist with transporting.

Equipment: We will provide a skirted table, chairs, and electrical outlet, if requested on the registration form.

Registration: Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. in the Library Foyer.

Breakfast:  Breakfast will be held for the campus at 9:00 a.m.

Lunch: Lunch will be provided at 12:00 p.m.

On behalf of the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center GREAT Committee, thank you for participating in the Research Vendor Show.  The show will be held in the OUHSC Robert M. Bird Library Building Foyer from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  All faculty, staff and students have been invited to attend the Research Vendor Show, which will be held adjacent to the poster viewing session of the GREAT Symposium. 

The vendor show will kick-off with a breakfast for faculty and students sponsored by the local chapter of Sigma Xi, a research honor society. Lunch will be served during the vendor show. The keynote address will begin at 1:30pm. Vendors are welcome to attend.

In order to encourage a large participant response, you are encouraged to provide door prizes at your booth during the vendor show. We will advertise to faculty, staff, and students which vendors will attend and that many vendors are planning to have individual door prize drawings.
